At DecoTeak, we want you to be completely satisfied with your natural teak wood furniture; if you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are returned in their original packaging and condition to maintain the integrity of the wood craftsmanship.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team or log in to your account portal to submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your teak furniture in its original box with all assembly hardware and documentation included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the item for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
